Short version
The playcus.com website is cookieless. We do not use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, pixel tags, or device-identifier tracking of any kind on this site. We do not show a cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
We use two privacy-respecting services to keep the site working and improve it:
- Plausible Analytics — cookieless, EU-hosted page-view analytics. We see aggregated metrics only: page views (paths and referrers), country-level location, browser and device type, plus three interaction events Plausible records without cookies — outbound link clicks, file downloads, and form submissions on this site. No personal data, no cross-site tracking, nothing is sold to advertisers. Plausible data policy.
- Sentry — error monitoring for unhandled JavaScript and form-relay backend errors. No cookies, no session tracking, no session replay. Reports contain technical diagnostic information only (browser type, error stack, page URL). Personal information (IP, full user-agent, form contents) is suppressed before transmission. Submitting a form on the site sends a short server-side audit log entry (IP, timestamp, form type, outcome) for security and abuse-prevention purposes — see the Terms of Service section “Website Access Logging”.
Why no banner
Cookie banners exist to obtain consent for storing or reading information on your device (cookies, localStorage, fingerprinting) or for sending personal data to third-party trackers. We do neither. GDPR Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in maintaining and improving a low-traffic B2B website — covers the minimal-data, cookieless tools we do use.
This page is the documentation of that posture. If our configuration ever changes — for example, if we introduced a tool that stores anything on your device or processes personal data — we would update this page before the change goes live and add the appropriate consent mechanism.
Scope
This Cookie Notice covers the playcus.com website only. Playcus’s mobile games and applications (NumColor, BingoCountryDays, CleanAI, and others) use a separate consent management platform (Usercentrics) within each app to handle the cookies and identifiers that mobile platforms require.
